The Workshop
Our workshop is situated in South Florida, where we transform flat sheets of copper and aluminum into our signature metal piling caps. Our workshop has a broad range of capabilities, including metal finishing and polishing, but our all metal piling caps are the culmination of our skills and expertise.
We play our part in national manufacturing, not only by sourcing our raw materials from domestic suppliers, but by handling every stage of the fabrication process in-house. Through our efforts, we are proud to say that our piling caps are entirely made in the USA.

Materials
To provide a bigger range of options, we fabricate our piling caps with aluminum and copper.
Copper is a natural metal with exceptional properties that make it very unique, highly workable, reliable, durable, and anticorrosive; one of the only two colored metals in the world, second to gold. It's a great material for architectural, mechanical, and marine applications, and a fantastic match for our piling caps.
After iron, aluminum is the second most used metal in the world, and for good reason; it's a strong, lightweight, anticorrosive and highly malleable metal; a perfect fit our piling caps and a popular choice amongst buyers.
FINISH
Our copper piling caps retain their natural glossy look which pairs well with both new and aged wood pilings for those desiring a traditional finish.
Our aluminum piling caps retain their natural matte finish, for reduced reflectivity and for flexibility in both modern and rustic styles; an all around great match for nearly all applications.
Piling caps come with pre-drilled holes for ease of installation. They can be installed with color-matching screws / nails for an enhanced look or simply hammered into place for a more stealth, seamless finish.
